Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at orders@shopbeautybestie.com upon of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
