Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking number if you selected tracked shipping.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Please allow for additional shipping time during weekends & holidays.

International Shipping & Duties

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs processing.

Order Issues & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If you experience any shipping issues, please contact the carrier directly. Please ensure your shipping address details are correct at checkout, if a package is returned due to incorrect address details, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
